The Asutosh College Training Centre (ACTC) was established in 1993 in the Premise of 10, Basanta Bose Road, Kol -26, adjacent to the main college Building. It is commonly called the Annexe Building.The traditional syllabus oriented education should be supplemented by some career-oriented courses to cater to the modern day demands. Accordingly in January 1993, the first two units of ACTC were opened - these are Computer Training and Higher Services Training.

Present day Scenario suggests that mere entry in a profession is not sufficient enough. One has to improve his/her allround personality development.
