About Us

Learning self defense is extremely important. Many students have recently shown interest in attending self defense class such as Karate. It provides many real-world utilizations and teach lessons that are necessary to the development of character, confidence and to defend themselves in real world circumstances. Self-awareness, confidence in ability and muscle memory are three facets of self-defense.

Time of Yoga Class- Every Friday on 3.30 pm -4.30 pm
