The central data collection and preservation committee of its own capacity with the help of college administration and Internal-Quality-Assurance-Cell collects all the relevant data related to admission, scholarships, higher studies, publication list of faculties etc. for each academic session and preserves the data on Google drive. The committee also collects data from the conveners of all the sub-committees/Units after completion of each academic session and preserves it. As, the volume of data becomes huge with time, the committee proposes the college administration for purchasing of a cloud server where data will be preserved and can be accessed and managed easily.
