INTRODUCTION

Grievance Redressal and Disciplinary Cell has been constituted to monitor various grievances from students and to maintain a healthy atmosphere in the college and hostel premises. The Cell works to usher in a harmonious academic environment by providing a platform where students are able to freely express their grievances/concerns. The Cell also counsels students to refrain from provoking students against other students, teachers and/or college administration, in order to maintain the overall discipline of the College. Asutosh College always aims to ensure a healthy teaching-learning environment where all members of the staff are affectionate to students without being resentful. The Cell monitors students’ grievances and scrutinizes the cases of grievances received and redresses the grievances depending on the merit of the case. If incidents related to grievance and discipline arise, the Cell conducts a systematic inquiry and submit a report to the higher authorities (undersigned) for suitable action.
