Attendance Reecord

  • Attendance Register Copy will be handed to all  departments according to their requirements before the commencement of Classes of each semester.
  • In case of absence of a batch of students in Hons / General theory or practical classes concerned teacher must inform Hod.
  •  Necessary measure will be taken by authority.

 

Tutorial / Remedial class

  • One Tutorial class each weekfor each semester will be allotted

in the routine by HOD.

  • One Remedial class each week for each semester will be allotted

in the routine by HOD.

  • The report of Tutorial and Remedial classes will be submitted to the authority.

 

Seminar Library Class

  • One library class per week for each semester will be allotted in the routineby HOD.

 

  • The library-in -charge will supervise the class.

 

  • The library-in -charge will record the circulation of books being issued and the report will be made by him/her and to be submitted.

Seminar Lecture delivered by each faculty member

  • Every faculty member of all departments will mandatorily deliver two seminar lectures  for each semester on any topic related to the syllabus of the semester except the topics taught by him/her.

 

  • The date, topic and speaker’s name will be decided in the Departmental meeting and communicated to the Academic subcommittee.
  • The seminars will be conducted in the Centenary Building Seminar Hall.

 

Review on Completion of syllabus in each Semester

  • The completion of syllabus will be ensured by the HOD, concerned faculty and students of the department.

 

  • A copy duly signed by them will be submitted to the Vice Principal for academic audit

co- curricular activities

  • The co-curricular activities will be planned and executed by the department frequently to enhance the creative / innovative skill of the students.

 

  • The department will  encourage the activity of the students with awards / certificates and so on.
  • This activity will include quiz/debate/ presentation/poster/talk on a particular field.

 

  • The report will be submitted to the Academic Subcommittee.

                                                                                                                             

Alumni Lecture Series

  • Every department will arrange a series of lectures by the

alumni to encourage the current students.

  • This will make abonding between present and ex -students and present students will be enriched by the journey of the alumni to the success

 

Result submission

At the end of each semester each Department will submit the result with the analysis report of the same to the academic subcommittee.

The data will include

  • Total no of students appeared in the semester
  • No of students having grade point between 7-8, 8- 9,9-10
  • the toppers’ name (1st and 2nd), address & phone number with their grade point.
